Terms of sale and license

The product

DiskSpace AI is an app for macOS 15 or later. For free you can analyze your disk and see the map and explanations. Pro adds one-click cleaning.

Purchase

The sale is made by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record: it processes the payment, applies your country's taxes and emails you the invoice and your license key. The price is the one you see at checkout; the launch price is temporary.

License

• It's perpetual: one payment, no subscription.
• You can use it on up to 3 of your Macs at a time. You can deactivate it on one to use it on another.
• It includes every version 1 update, new rules included. A very different future version 2 would be offered at a discount; version 1 would keep working.
• You may not resell it, share the key publicly or modify the app to bypass the license.

Refunds

If DiskSpace AI isn't for you, we'll refund you within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@diskspaceai.com or reply to your purchase email. The license is deactivated when refunded.

As it's digital content, receiving and activating the key with your express consent starts the use of the product and waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU; our 30-day guarantee still applies.

How it cleans, and your responsibility

The app only pre-selects what recreates itself. You choose everything else: your files are kept 7 days before being deleted and you can undo; what's deleted by its own tool (like Docker or Ollama) can't be undone, and the app warns you first. We recommend keeping a backup (for example, Time Machine). To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for data loss caused by items you choose to delete.

Governing law

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rights your country's consumer law gives you.
